French underground newcomer Julian M offers a beauty for his first release on Catwash Records : Full is that kind of a track that shake a bit things up in what we call dance music. With his solid groove, psychedelic flute, added to a sexy bass and a subtle voice, Julian Ms Full is at the same time a tribute to Detroit early techno and Chicago house, but also a really modern piece of dance music ready to rise hands up in the air. Gauthier DMs sensual interpretation is even more about extatic moments and strong feelings, with those synths that are still giving me shivers. Finally, DJ W!LDs version is a tight and strong track, an hypnotic journey riding on wild rocking beats and fat bassline, a tune that is made for late freaky after hours. Paris underground nightlifes revival during the past two years is attendant to the rise of new local djs and concomitant talents and Julian M is part of them. Asked all around for his hypnotic sets and his energy, his meeting with Gautier DM and Gulivert was a decisive turning point in his career, deciding to focus more on production.
